SPOTIFY METRICS

Spotify reminds me of Tesla which was founded 3 years earlier in terms of it's performance. Tesla suffered losses from the time it was listed on New York Stock Exchange in 2011 and it took until 2019 to make a profit. Spotify was listed on the NYSE in 2018 an year before Tesla was in the black. Spotify luckily has broken even since 2018 while it continues with acquisitions of podcasts from Joe Rogan and The Ringer recently. Since 2020, Spotify has earned about an average of € 1.8 Billion quarterly while still managing their losses and holding enough free cash flow(FCF). 🠞 2021 Q1 forecast.
